Having a poolside wedding can make the perfect setting for your beach theme wedding, just without the sand! There are also lots of resorts that have beautiful swimming pools near the beach where you can actually have your reception after your beach-side wedding ceremony. It makes for a nice change of scenery, easy to plan and execute.

Restrooms will be close - You won't have the worry of guests walking long distance to use the restrooms.Lighting and electricity - Poolside you won't have to be concerned about electricity. Chances are, there will be access to power. As far as lighting, there may be some and you will only have to enhance what is there.Easier for the caterers - You always run the risk when a caterer is setting up a portable kitchen. It will certainly be easier for them if they do not have to carry everything out to the beach.
