Rent a beach wedding tent for your wedding and create a beautiful reception space
When you rent a beach wedding tent for your wedding reception, my best advice is to contact a company that has experience with setting up tents on a beach.

Rent a tent that is "wedding quality". - Make sure to ask if the tent is clean, free of tears and patches and appropriate for a beach wedding. Don't be shy about asking the tent rental company this question. Dirt, rips, tears and patches will not do for your beautiful beach wedding!
Don't forget the permit for your wedding tent! - If you are dealing with a company has experience with setting up beach wedding tents for weddings, they will know the area, know what type of permits are needed, and will preform this service for you. You may be charged a slight fee, but believe me, it is worth it. You have more to do, then chase permits!
Don't forget to ask about sides to the tent. - Sides are not automatically included in your price. Depending on time of day, time of year and weather conditions, you may want to consider renting sides. Ask about all the options. There are solid white sides, clear sides and sides with windows and doors.
Plan on proper set up time for the rental company. - There will be rules depending on the beach you are using. If it is private, sometimes nearby residents will be upset if it is done a day ahead and left for breakdown a day later. If it is a public beach, it will need to be set up as close to the set up time of the ceremony as possible and taken down after the ceremony. Ask the rental company when breakdown will be. Your vendors such as florist, musician, and caterer will need to know when the tent will be ready and accessible to them. When you have your wedding on a public beach, your tent rental company will want to know who will be on site when they arrive to construct your tent. You will be held responsible for making sure there is security there for the tent and any other rental equipment. In a public space, items can get disappear or get damaged.
If you hire a company to set up on the beach for your beach wedding ceremony, you may decide to use part of the space in that tent for your beach wedding reception. Remember, everything is negotiable. Ask the rental company if this is their best price. Sometimes the set up charges are an area that you cam negotiate. Ask if they will throw in sides for the tent. Or if you are having your wedding on an off-day or a off time of year, most rental companies will offer a discount. It does not cost anything to ask. Also,if you are using a wedding coordinator, they work with specific rental companies and they are able to negotiate better pricing due to the volume of business they send in their direction.
You may decide to have your whole wedding celebration on the beach. So after the beach wedding ceremony, the guests walk over to another wedding tent for your beach reception.
If you are looking for tent information or in need of a tent on the West Coast of Florida - this company is the best!!
