A beach wedding planner is worth their weight in gold!

A beach wedding planner is experienced in doing weddings on the water and in the elements, they know about things you could never have imagined.

If you are planning a destination wedding, an experienced local wedding coordinator can help take the burden off researching, interviewing and securing vendors. This is such an important fact if you are planning your wedding long distance.

Even if it is for limited phone calls or emails and "day of" wedding coordination, it will be worth every penny you pay them.

A seasoned wedding coordinator can be an essential part of a well-orchestrated beach wedding celebration!! Most resorts will have a full-time banquet or catering sales manager that will act as a liaison/wedding coordinator for you. Generally, this is a free service. They will have experience with local vendors and will be able to make recommendations.

But, remember one thing - they are not working exclusively for you. So, if you need more detailed guidance and hands-on help, a full-service beach wedding coordinator makes more sense.

Many times couples feel that it is not in their wedding budget to hire a coordinator, but nothing could be further from the truth! A wedding takes anywhere from 100-200 hours to plan. Either you do it yourself or you seek assistance from a professional. It makes sense to have a trained wedding coordinator help to shoulder some of that work - they know how to short-cut without loosing quality and they know how to save dollars!
