My advice to you is to make certain your wedding photographer has experience with beach weddings. It takes a special talent from a photographer to deal with the elements on the beach in order for your wedding pictures to be everything you are hoping for. Ask to see samples of prior beach weddings that they have photographed. Certain colors work better on the beach and will show up better in pictures. I have always felt that soft pastels can sometimes disappear against the backdrop of the sand and water.
